Ending on a Happy Note.

Happy Birthday to me.

Ok, truth is, my pain's still there, for my supposed loved one doesnt care if I'm hurt and recieve no resolution.

Anyway, I WANT TO BE HAPPY. I WANT TO START POSITIVE.

So yes, I'm'going to Smile to be Happy and be happy and smile.

Thus,

"HAPPY NEW YEAR, 2009!" to all .

Wishing you all the best and may your dreams come true and life filled with fulfilment and bliss.

You get what you deserve. :-)

It's evening soon. And the countdown is soon to be in a couple of hours time.

So I'd be partying at a new club I've never been to before (actually it's the old MOS which closed down this year; oh yes, marking a closure to a chapter of my clubbing life for I've spent many nights there for the past 2 years)

Yes, to get myself in the celebratory mood.

To distract myself.

Hopefully, the new year will bring me satisfaction and happiness. And love.

Happy new everybody, once more.

Next blog entry? Check back next year. ^^

No more Kandi

Sticky and Sweet. NO more.

Singapore's Kandi Bar by Hed Kandi closed as suddenly as MOS.

The stylish little camp-hang out with the infamous glass flooring which had caused many an unsuspecting high-heel wearer high on booze to topple and fall off an invisible step.

Scary. ^^

It's a deadlier fall than anything off a Vivienne Westwood.

It will be missed.
(Both the club and the topples. :p)

PS: The local clubbing scene is getting yucky.

Thank You for the Parday

Ministry of Sound, the mega club which poised itself as the big British club-brand that'll take the scene by storm and steal the thunder of Zouk, is now having its DJs spinnning its swan song.

Today, the management has officially announced to the media that it's closing its hallowed doors once and for all, marking an end to an era of wild pardaying for thousands who've thronged it's massive dance floors during the weekends during the last couple of years.

From the off-kiltch 'jungle beat' Pure, the retro-dazzle of Studio 54, the R&B-fied Smooove and the trance-haven MOS main stage.

Never before was there a congregation of so many wannabes and posers.

Never before was clubbing boringly sanitized by people who think they know how to club are really there just to pretend they are beautiful and hip.

(as get a** drunk and hanging off some one's shoulders; totally un-glam)

LMAO.

Anyway, the official statement released:

"The operation of the Ministry of Sound outlet located in The Cannery at Clarke Quay has ceased with effect from today, Monday, 6 October 2008. In addition, the License Agreement with UK-based Brand owner... Ministry of Sound International Limited has also been terminated."

"LifeBrandz Limited has future plans to redevelop the premises into an entertainment centre that will be different in concept from the Ministry of Sound outlet.

Future plans for the premises will be announced over the next few weeks."

Cheers to the Phuture ahead.

Woops!!!! hee hee^^
