She can jolly well be on a platform and be loaded off while still in perfect pose.
The only time she covers any significant distance is when she's not even moving; on the threadmill at the gym. (And I'm sure she'd be in sensible running shoes,duh? )
So , no. The rest of the world can go crippled with prolonged high heel-wearing.
